Your data choicesHow publishing works
- Connect with X. X handles authorization through OAuth 2.0. Reading your posts and measurements uses read access; publishing needs a separate write-access opt-in.
- Review the posting account. The review screen shows the X account that will post. You confirm the final text and account before every immediate post.
- Confirm a schedule once. When you confirm a schedule, its reviewed text, media and X account are frozen. It may send later while your browser is closed. Uncertain sends are held for your review.
- No automatic engagement. There are no automatic DMs, follows, likes or replies to other people. A thread you explicitly confirm sends its parts as replies to the preceding parts.
- Second-account publishing is gated separately. Tracking a second X account does not enable posting from it. That requires its own write consent, monthly publish limits and an enabled workspace switch.
Disconnect X in Settings to remove the stored connection and collected metrics. You can also revoke the app in X’s Settings and privacy → Apps and sessions → Revoke access. X’s instructions
Common questions
Let’s get you unstuck.
I can’t sign in. What should I check?
Use your account email address and the latest sign-in code. Check spam or junk mail if the email hasn’t arrived. If your code has expired, request a new one. Still stuck? Email support with the sign-in email and the message on screen.
How do cancellation and plan refunds work?
Cancel renewal in Settings → Billing or through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Disconnecting X does not cancel billing.
Request a full refund within 7 days of your first monthly charge, or within 14 days of an annual charge. A full refund ends paid access. After the refund window, an already-started period is not prorated unless the law requires it. For a billing error or paid service that did not work as described, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Your rights under applicable law still apply.
Can I refund extra Intelligence credits?
Within 14 days of purchase, request a refund for unused credits at their original purchase price. An untouched pack receives a full refund. Refunded credits are removed; your plan and other purchases are unaffected. Remaining purchased credits never expire and stay with you after cancellation. Request an unused-credit refund in Settings → Billing; contact support if it needs review.
I paid, but my plan or credits have not appeared.
Refresh the plan or credits in Settings → Billing. If the status still needs review, contact support with the charge date and amount before trying another purchase. A checkout return alone does not confirm payment. A pending refund or disputed payment may pause the affected allowance; support can help reconcile it. We never need your full card details.
Why do my charts say they need fresh data?
Charts show saved measurements, with the time of the last successful check. Collection can pause when account access expires, X is unavailable or a service limit is reached. Check the connection and access status in Settings. Existing charts remain available, but older data cannot tell you how a post is performing right now.
Why is an impression count missing or different from X?
The app records the metrics X returns when a check runs. A later count on X can differ. Missing metrics remain unavailable, and an initial import cannot recreate a post’s earlier reach curve. Compare the observation timestamps before comparing totals.
Will a saved draft or queue entry publish automatically?
Saving writing does not publish it. Where publishing is enabled, you must choose Publish now or explicitly confirm a schedule. A confirmed schedule can run while your browser is closed. Check its status in Queue; you can cancel before sending begins.
A post’s delivery is uncertain. Should I try again?
Check Sent for a confirmation and check your X profile before trying again. An interrupted request may have reached X even if the app did not receive a confirmation. The app holds uncertain attempts for review to avoid duplicate posts. Contact support if you cannot reconcile the result.
How do I export my work or delete my account?
In Settings → Account, look for “Download all account records” under Privacy preferences. Settings → Export offers writing JSON and CSV; those exports include image references rather than the image files. Save what you want to keep before removing anything. Account removal waits for active work and unresolved payments, refunds or disputes; unused purchased credits must be refunded first. Disconnecting X does not cancel billing or remove your whole account. If export or removal needs help, email us from your account email.
